2020-2021 Events & Room Request Calendar
How to Place a Room Request
- Check MCC room calendar (scroll down) for availability.
- Download and fill out the MCC Room Request Form.
- Room requests must be submitted by the Advisor, Faculty/Staff who will be in attendance at the event(s).
- When scheduling your request, plan for 15 minutes before and after your event to fulfill the Area Use Agreement.

All requests MUST be turned in at least 1 week prior to the event.
"Emergency" requests less than 1 week in advance will be considered as a one-time
only exception.

- AA - Activity Area MCC-14 Room Capacity 35
- CA - Conference Area MCC-11 Capacity 20
