Introduction to x86 Processor Assembly Language and Computer Architecture
This course is an introduction to the syntax and semantics of the x86 processor assembly language, standard instruction set, selected macros and directives, and x86 architecture.

Class Dates: This class runs from 2022-09-26 to 2022-12-16.
CIS -21JA-12Y: HYBRID lecture/laboratory class. The class meets partially on-campus, with the meeting time/location noted in the class listing. The rest of the class, as well as the laboratory portion, can be completed independently each week on the student’s own time. Students must have access to a computer, the internet and an individual email address. Most De Anza classes will use the Canvas course management system. We recommend a laptop or desktop computer to successfully complete the course; a tablet or phone may not be adequate for all assignments and tests.
