New Governance Structure

At the College Council retreat held on Oct. 21, 2022, a decision was made to move forward with implementation of the Program Allocation Committee that was proposed by the Shared Governance Task Force. The new committee will be consolidating work previously done by the Administrative, Instructional and Student Services planning and budget teams.

Mission

The Administrative Planning and Budget Team (APBT) provides leadership and coordination for the development and implementation of Administrative Services planning and budget processes that support the College Vision, Mission and Values
