Partners In Learning Institute

2023-24 Advocacy Series

2024 Partners In Learning Conference

The 2024 PIL conference will be held on Friday, May 17, from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in MLC 255 and online. Please RSVP to attend: Visit the conference webpage for the sign-up form and detailed conference schedule.

Hosted by the Title III SIP Grant, Guided Pathways, the Equity and Engagement Division, and the Office of Professional Development, this two-quarter-long training is open to all employees. It was developed as a series of conversations and reflections with students and the service providers that work with them, was designed to empower participants to meet their teaching and service goals.

The institute is thematically focused on our most vulnerable and marginalized student populations and seeks to build applied practices of service that support and empower all students. The year-long sustained discourse culminates in the spring 2024 Partners in Learning Conference.

Participants who engaged in the full two-quarter training will earn PGA units for completion of the institute.  Those who participate in individual workshops will earn PGA hours corresponding to their hours of attendance.
