    Welcome and Introductions

    Mallory Newell welcomed the new students as they transitioned in the new student RAPP representatives.

    Approval of Agenda and May 7, 2024 Minutes

    Mallory asked for changes to minutes.  Hearing none. Agenda and minutes were approved.

    Group Review on Spring 2024 Personnel Requests

    Mallory reminded everyone where the documents are located and how to access them. Each group has a folder with their personnel position request review assignments. She pointed out the form and matrix people may use in their reviews. Some requests have divisions and senior staff ranking. There is a tab for questions for managers who are scheduled to come to the June 4 meeting to answer these questions. Therefore, the groups will have 3 weeks to complete their reviews.

    Rob Mieso reminded the groups to rank the position priority as high, moderate, or low for college funding.

    The groups worked for the rest of the meeting time in 4 separate breakrooms.
