    RAPP Meeting Minutes 

    Hybrid Mtg. 10 a.m.-11:20 a.m. 

    Tuesday April 7, 2026 

    Summary

    RAPP Tri-Chair Lisa Ly began the meeting addressing upcoming end terms for respective RAPP committee members and stated the tri-chairs would be contacting leaders of the constituent groups to recommend prospective members for the fall 2026 year including incumbents. Avila provided a brief update regarding the college’s plan to review and revise the comprehensive program review.

    Discussion and Feedback Sessions
    The committee members convened in their ongoing five breakout groups to complete their core work of using feedback forms to evaluate annual program reviews. Members were encouraged to finalize the feedback forms and then use the remaining time to discuss and provide critique on annual program review process including critique about the program review tool they used this past winter quarter.
