Winter Club Day Reflection
What did you like most about W26 Club Day?
- Clubs expressed they liked the sunken garden location, the performances, and the mochi donuts
What can we do to make next Club Day better?
- Discussion about the volume of the music. Opinions vary, with some representatives expressing that music was too loud, while other representatives say that the music volume was adequate.
Q: Longer Club day?
A: There were past years where club day was longer, the vast majority of the clubs had trouble finding volunteers to man their tables. Clubs cannot remove their tables early as it’s a safety hazard to students and performers.Q: More Donuts for clubs?
A: The purpose of the donuts is to incentivize student participants to explore multiple clubs. It’s not meant to be a gift or prize. We are a public college and the way we spend our money needs to serve the entirety of our student population.
