UndocuSTEM Conference: Breaking Through The Glass

5/20/2022

10:00 am to 1:30 pm

Online via Zoom

UndocuSTEM is proud to announce our first conference on May 20, 2022. We are encouraging everyone to join us online for this exciting event! Register online to attend.

For the conference, we will have an amazing keynote speaker share their journey as an undocumented professional in the fields of STEM, as well as a great panelist of speakers from a wide range of STEM careers. In addition, we will have workshop presentations answering the questions that undocumented students have about careers in STEM, such as how undocumented people can legally work in their career of choice. This conference is for all students, especially those who are interested in STEM. You do not have to be undocumented to attend.

UndocuSTEM aims to support undocumented students in the fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) through accessibility, opportunity and resources by creating a program that promotes equity, racial justice, leadership and career development. The UndocuSTEM program was founded by students, and funded through the LatinXCEL grant from the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Our goal is to provide participants with information, and resources. If you have any further questions, please contact us at da.undocustem@gmail.com.
