Foothill-De Anza District Student Housing

A limited number of apartment spaces in the McClellan Terrace complex are available for rent to students attending De Anza or Foothill College. Students can apply for shared spaces in two-bedroom furnished apartments at this garden apartment complex, which is located near the De Anza campus and owned by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.

  • Pricing is per person, between $950 and $1,200 a month.
  • While space is limited, additional units will continue to become available. If all units are filled, eligible students who apply will be added to a waitlist.

  • If You Have Space to Rent or Share

    • Use Craigslist.org, the local newspaper, or other housing/apartment listing site to post an ad online (see Other Housing Resources for some of these resources). This method will be visible to all prospective renters. It's recommended that you mention your location's proximity to De Anza College and that you are De Anza College "student friendly" in your posting.
    • Create a flyer and bring in up to ten copies to the Office of College Life, or email it to CollegeLife@fhda.edu, to be posted on campus bulletin boards.
    • Join the De Anza Student Housing Facebook Group and post a listing there. (This group is not affiliated with De Anza College or De Anza Associated Student Government)
