The president is responsible for the management of the college and all its departments, including the operation of campus facilities and the administration of the college's business activities. To assist in these duties, the president, with the approval of the Foothill-De Anza Community College District Board of Trustees, assigns responsibilities to his senior staff members.

Randy Bryant
Vice President, Workforce Innovation and Economic Advancement
Randy Bryant oversees career training and workforce development programs, including Career Technical
Education, career services, internships and apprenticeships. He is the college's Chief
Workforce Development Officer and oversees federal and state funding such as Perkins,
Strong Workforce Program, California Adult Education Program and Employment Training
Panel allocations.

Vice President, Student Services
Michele LeBleu-Burns oversees Enrollment Services (Admissions and Records, Assessment, Basic Needs, Cashiering,
Evaluations, International Student Programs, Veterans Resource Center), Financial
Aid, General Counseling and Disability Support Programs and Services, the Occupational
Training Institute, Outreach and Relations With Schools (De Anza College Promise,
Men of Color Community) and Student Development and EOPS (College Life, Health Services,
Student Judicial Affairs).

Elizabeth Smith
Associate Vice President, Communications and External Relations
Elizabeth Smith is responsible for the Office of Communications, including internal and external communications,
public information and media relations, website, publications, advertising, social
media and major event planning. This position also serves as the college's liaison
to the Foothill-De Anza Foundation.
