Following the town hall on the Leadership Systems Assessment, De Anza is holding listening sessions for faculty, classified professionals and administrators. Join the session for your group to help make sure the findings are accurate before the report is finalized.

Join a Listening Session

Each listening session is one hour on Zoom. Rather than presenting the assessment summary again, each session focuses on specific examples from the findings and asks participants to affirm them. Interim President Christopher Dela Rosa will attend every session.

You do not need to register. Find your group below and join any session that works for your schedule.

Sessions Use an AI Notetaker

Each session uses an AI notetaker to capture your input accurately. Notes are kept confidential and anonymized, and comments are not attributed to individuals.

Why Your Input Matters

The assessment is only useful if it is accurate, and the action plan that follows will only work if it reflects the experience of the people who work at De Anza every day. Your input helps confirm the findings before the report is finalized and shapes an action plan that responds to what you see and experience.

What Comes Next

In December, the steering committee will convene. It includes two representatives each from faculty (appointed by the Academic Senate), classified professionals (appointed by the Classified Senate) and administrators (appointed by the interim president).

The committee will decide which recommendations become priorities for a 90-day implementation plan, including the specific actions needed to address them. The final report will inform the committee's work.

Town Hall Recordings

Town halls give the campus community a chance to hear from college and district leadership and ask questions. Recordings and presentation slides are posted here after each event.

October 6: Leadership Systems Assessment

Foothill-De Anza Chancellor Lee Lambert hosted a town hall to review the results of the Leadership Systems Assessment.

Friday Town Halls

There will be a series of town halls this quarter to address a variety of topics. See the strategic planning town hall recordings and slides.
