• Basketball club approved agenda of 2/25/2026. Autotech Club seconds the motion. No objections. Motion passed.
• LGBTQ+ Alliance approved the minutes of 2/11/2026. Shotokan Karate Club seconded the motion. No objections. Motion passed.

Advisor Announcements

• Maritza: Please use the correct forms to submit your requests, it helps speed up the process for both the office staff and for clubs. There's also DASG elections, you can view the candidates and vote at: https://www.deanza.edu/dasg/elections/
• Amy: For Clubs who are emailing multiple staffers, please be sure to use the "send to" and "CC" function so everyone who needs the information can be included in the same email. Refrain from sending the same email several times to different staffers, or using the "BCC" function since the reciever won't know who else had gotten the email.

ICC Executive Updates

• Phoo: Just had ICC election info session today, ICC executive applications are still open and deadline is the end of spring break. https://www.deanza.edu/clubs/join-icc.html
• Hsu: We will have our programs meeting right after Rep meeting.
• Ethan: Finance committee will have committee meeting on Friday, and we will take a look at revising the the cash hand procedure forms.

• International Student Mentorship Program (ISMP) will have its name changed to International Student Mentorship Project (ISMP)

• Shotokan Karate club moves to approve the budget request, LGBTQ+ Alliance seconds the motion. No objections, budget passed.

• Q: What can we have on our table?
• A: Similar to Club day, you can have anything on your table if you are given one. Please note that visible large banners and large advertisements are only for your club, not for any outside organizations. If you have affiliation with other orgs, you may have smaller pamphlets for outside orgs but your table should not be mainly promoting outside organizations.
• Q: Would you be able to provide additional equipments such as mic stands?
• A: We are not able to provide any additional equipments, please bring your own. If your club is performing, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can coordinate.
