De Anza College Student Club Reservations

   De Anza College is happy to provide student clubs with the ability to reserve spaces such as lecture rooms and outdoor spaces like the main quad.  Below you will find helpful information on how to book spaces for your club event whether it is a single day event or a quarter long space booking.

Facility Reservations

VPAC (Visual & Performing Arts Center) Reservations

  • The Visual & Performing Arts Center (VPAC) auditorium is available for use by De Anza College organizations and clubs when it is not being used for classes, instruction-related activities, or has not been previously booked or rented.
  • De Anza groups will be required to pay the cost of labor only for use of the VPAC, costs vary depending on the needs of the group.
  • A "Special Event Facility Request Form" will need to be submitted to the Office of College Life.
  • Funding for the event must be guaranteed by the Dean of their department or Advisor of the Club.
  • The event must be academic, educational, or culturally oriented that is to the benefit of the campus students or College.
  • A full-time faculty or staff person is present and responsible for the activities of the group/organization.
  • If there is a charge for the event, proceeds must go to the group/organization or De Anza College.
