    This item is to review and update, if necessary, the two (2) DASG Intern Application Forms for DASG Committees and Shared Governance Groups, so they are ready for use by the DASG Chairs as Interns get approved.

    EXEC MEETING----

    Jayven calls this meeting to order, James did roll call. 

    Roll call:  

    Elora is not here. 

    Alan and Thu late.

    Elora is currently at a conference. 

    Approval of the Minutes of October 8th, 2025. 

    Min - public comment 

    - internal senators can only serve 1 officer position in a club. 
    - Executives cannot hold more than 1 officer position as an executive. 
    - DASG Senate members cannot be ICC representatives

    Reminder by Dennis. 2 intern application forms and then to put them on the consent calendar. Review of the internal intern application. 
    - Name, Pronouns, ID Number, Accommodations, Demographic Questions, Email Address, ETC. 

    Further discussion of the DASG internal committee intern application -- if there's any unnecessary information

    Joey argues to remove questions relating towards skills, as the committee should already know that. Only just the basic information is needed.

    Dennis will send all of the chairs the link to the internal committee interns.
    - will share for future senators as well 

    Advisor announcements 

    Martiza reminds us to remain in communication with Marketing & Events to help with Homecoming. There's currently 234 students RSVP'ed and those committees need help with setup and decorations. There's field hours to be gained. 

    Trying to beat last year's record of 250 RSVP'ed students and 150 who arrived without RSVP.
