    Shared Governance Intern Applications is out. -  3:40pm 
    - If you need someone for a specific position, you send out an advertisement for when you need External Shared Governance Interns. 
    - This is only for James & Jayven to bring. 
    - This is only when we need extra seats for senators, we send out the announcement and give the link then. When we have a specific meeting advertised, here is the application. 
     
    Measure G Task Force -
    - Zander was able to attend. 
    - Open for interns to attend as well. 
     
    RAPP
    - Another shared governance opened up for another student intern. 
    - RFP Dining Services will be another shared governance opened up, that'll bring new companies to De Anza that gets to decide the food served in the cafeteria. 
     
    - Mention the intern applications for the meetings. 
    - Fix the intern application for the following new quarter
    - Send Dennis the list of approved interns so we can see who filled out the forms and who didn't. 
     
    Meeting with President Torres and Executives - 3:50pm
    - Meeting will be January 21th 2-3pm in Administration
    - James wants to bring up RAPP for the reason why the Pride Center Counselor position was taken. 
    - Chrissy wants to mention the attack on undocumented students. 
    - Alan wants to mention the funding for the programs of the school that is not DASG. 
    - Min wants to mention international student employment
    - Joey wants to mention adjusting hours for the dining services
     
    Public Comments - 4:00pm
    - Club Day is January 26th, we need all hands on deck for Senators. 
    - Events made a volunteer sheet for Club Day. 
    - Finance is doing budget deliberations right now, going to send it off to Senate, please get committees to get engaged in that process. Very important to get the information that they need. If Budget analysts are saying something, take in consideration of their input. 
    - Winter Resource Fair going to be on Tuesday. 
    - Elections is going to start on February 2nd.
     
    Questions about Senators Field Hours 
    - Need revisions on the scholarships for Financial Aid for Fall Quarter (whoops)
    - Do Finance interviewing programs get field hours? A: No because that's part of the committee work. 
    - Do SRE Know your Rights get Field Hours? A: No because that's part of committee work. 
     
    - Pride Center is asking for people to come to board meeting to make a public comment in support for the Pride Counselor meeting. Group statement in support of it.
