Advisor Announcements
- Dennis: Evaluations have been sent out, make sure ot submit by the deadline.
- Maritza: Last meeting, please submit your evals; budget deliberations can be a long process we will make sure there is food present. Please connect with Alan about any dietary needs. Please have in mind that a big part of what this committee does is managing the budget and staying in lines with stipulations. Distributing the money shows that we are doing our job to support our students.

- Jayven motioned to table Business item 2 as business item #1, Brandon seconded the motion, no objections.
- Lisa presented the item.
- Discussion took place on the Fund 41 item, clarity was provided on various points.
- Lisa presented the fund 46 item.
- Many students have been opting out on the student body fee.
- Discussion on the importance of signing documents in a timely manner took place as best practice to avoid delays in payments.
