Call to Order
- Alan Ma called the meeting to order at 4:02 PM.

- Jayven moves to approve the minutes for 2/25/26, Jacob K. seconds. All in favor, no objections.
Public Comments
- Lisa Kirk: is retiring by the end of this quarter, will be the last meeting with all of you. Wishing you all the best. Jennifer Nguyen has been promoted into my current position and you all will be working with her. Please welcome her with open arms.
Advisor Announcements
- Amy: departing from role by the end of March. If there are any outstanding things from Finance that requires my assistance, please reach out to me ASAP before my departure.
Business Item #1 - DASG Budget Stipulations
- Thin motions to approve the budget stipulations for 2026-2027, Jacob Kao seconds. All in favor, budget stipulations passed.
Public Comments
- Thin: Thank you to the senators, advisors, and interns who stuck with us through this quarter. In spring, we will have a major event, which is the budget presentation. We will be doing a presentation at the Foothill College board of Trustee meeting. Interns will also get a chance to speak at the meeting. Please join us next quarter.
- Jacob: Thank you Lisa, please have a good retirement. For the interns, thank you for coming. For internal elections, please consider apply to become a budget analyst.

- Dennis: Cover for the budget book should be designed. You can work with marketing on getting this cover designed.
